The laser passes through the skin surface to reach the root of the hair follicle. Light is absorbed and converted into heat, damaging the hair follicle tissue so that regeneration is prevented without injuring surrounding tissues. This method provides slight pain, easy operation, and high safety.
The equipment adopts an 808nm wavelength, which is particularly effective for hair follicle melanocytes. The laser light is absorbed by melanin in the hair follicles and converted to heat, increasing the temperature of the follicle. When the temperature rises high enough, it irreversibly damages the hair follicle structure, achieving permanent hair removal.
